Job Title: Analyst – Asset Management Real Estate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Management Analyst to join our team at AltamarCAM Partners. As an Asset Management Analyst, you will play a key role in the structuring and listing of Direct Investment Platforms, as well as the management and monitoring of these platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the structuring of new Direct Investment Platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the listing process of Direct Investment Platforms, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to the financing and refinancing process of Direct Investment Platforms, analyzing financial data and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor the evolution of Direct Investment Platforms, tracking key performance indicators and ensuring compliance with business plans.
  • Oversee the treasury of Direct Investment Platforms, managing cash flows and ensuring liquidity.
  • Review Financial Statements, prepare budgets and business plans, and coordinate with auditors, banks, and advisors.
  • Prepare and participate in Boards of Directors, providing strategic guidance and oversight.
  • Prepare quarterly reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and control regulatory obligations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Track and monitor the Funds, analyzing portfolio evolution and valuations.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in auditing firms (preferably Big4), financial sector entities, or management consulting firms.
  • Autonomous, fast, and efficient individual with the ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical capacity, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Strong capacity for teamwork, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word...).
  • Essential proficiency level of English.
  • Excellent academic record.
