Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of a Marc O'Polo store and lead your team effectively.
- Provide customers with a unique shopping experience through engaging product displays and comprehensive service.
- Conduct team meetings to communicate important information, delegate tasks, and foster team spirit.
- Ensure adherence to operational processes while continuously optimizing them based on performance metrics.
- Manage inventory and event planning, as well as onboarding and mentoring new employees, alongside workforce management.
- Collaborate closely with HR partners to recruit new team members and manage personnel budgets.
- Coordinate with specialized departments such as Retail Support, Buying, Allocation, Sales Training, and headquarters.
- Participate in expert groups to discuss specialized topics like Visual Merchandising, purchasing, and orders.
