Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement system data standards, policies, and procedures
* Conduct system data quality audits and lead initiatives to improve data quality
* Collaborate with IT teams and system data owners to implement and enforce data governance framework
* Assist in system data management, governance, and system data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners
* Ensure internal and external audit controls documentation is provided and stored in governance sites
* Respond to system data-related questions and interpret policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, compliance, and privacy
* Manage and maintain enterprise data assets
* Train and educate application leaders and Flowserve IT Teams on system data management and governance procedures
Requirements:
* Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field
* Proven experience as a (System) Data Governance Analyst or similar role
* Experience level: Senior (7+ years in similar role)
* Proficient in English and Spanish languages
* Experience in data analysis and management reporting
* Proficiency in data governance tools
* Highly organized with attention to detail
* Able to work in a cross-functional matrix environment
* Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
* Knowledge of system data governance practices and data protection management practices
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
