Job Summary:

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Enterprise Computing Solutions business in EMEA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA, driving retention, new business acquisition, and competitive displacement.
  • Manage and support a team of EMEA business developers, providing guidance and coaching to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management, fostering strong partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries, providing accurate and timely sales data.
  • Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target commercial customers, driving revenue growth and market share.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization, with strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with additional European languages a plus.
