About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Underwriter to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate and title insurance, with a minimum of 8 years of post-call experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze title insurance policies to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to develop and implement underwriting guidelines
- Provide expert advice to clients on title insurance matters
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate and/or title insurance
- Strong knowledge of title insurance policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
