At the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, we strive to extend people's lives through innovative healthcare solutions. We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Procurement Professional Development Program as a Junior Buyer.
About the Program
This 18-month program is designed to provide hands-on experience in procurement teams, allowing you to learn the intricacies of procurement in a large multinational company. You will have the opportunity to support multiple countries and category teams, analyze data, participate in negotiations with suppliers, and work closely with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support procurement teams in various countries and categories
- Analyze data to inform procurement decisions
- Participate in negotiations with suppliers and analyze negotiation results
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and contribute to achieving company objectives
Requirements
- Completed degree in a business, scientific, or technical area (max. 1 year after studies)
- Interest in a procurement career and passion for healthcare
- Fast learner, curious, and independent individual
- Able to work in a multi-functional business change environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and contributing to the team culture and learning
- Advanced in Excel
- Very good level of English (German, French, or other European language is a plus)
- European Union citizen, lawful permanent resident of the Czech Republic, or has other authorization to work in the Czech Republic without required sponsorship
