We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with a PhD/Doctorate to join our research project at Bertrandt. The project involves collaboration between companies and universities to research and propose improvements in industrial manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate the state of the art in predictive maintenance and industrial manufacturing processes.
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and validate machine learning models to optimize industrial manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement predictive maintenance solutions.
- PhD/Doctorate in Data Science, Data Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in programming, specifically in Python.
- Knowledge of Python libraries for Machine Learning (Scikit, CuML), Deep Learning (Tensorflow, Pytorch), and eXplainable AI (SHAP, Lime).
- Experience with Git for version control and DVC for data management.
- Knowledge of MLOps for the implementation of machine learning models (MLFlow, Airflow).
- Strong soft skills and minimum level of English B2.
- Minimum experience of 3 years.
- Responsible tasks and flexible working hours.
- Networking opportunities throughout the group.
- Travel allowance and unlimited employment contract.
