About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Specialist to join our Global Liquidity Management (GLM) team at Organon. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the treasury operations of our organization, providing liquidity support to a growing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process trade confirmations for deals initiated by the front office team.
  • Perform accounting and financial reporting activities for the treasury entity, including review and booking of accounting vouchers, preparation of financial statements and reports, and analysis of results.
  • Manage intercompany loan operations and provide knowledge transfer and troubleshooting support.
  • Ensure treasury controls compliance and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or equivalent.
  • Experience in accounting and/or financial analysis, with strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Excel, with ability to use advanced formulas and pivot tables.
  • Fluency in English, with Dutch a plus.
