About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Packaging Development Specialist to join our External Operations Supply Chain Pack team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting technical tasks and processes, while also expanding your technical skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance to EXO SCP Packaging technicians and advise marketing teams on packaging development processes.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Specification Maintenance: Support the maintenance of specifications and supply chain data, including weight and dimensions, shipper development, and data enrichment.
  • Component Drawings Validation: Assist in validating component drawings and artwork process.
  • Artwork Validation: Validate artworks in ESKO and suppliers' bromides according to technical and legal criteria.
  • Specification Editing: Edit and approve specifications in SAP RD.
  • Validation and Testing: Perform validation and approval tests during the development process and report results to your manager.
  • Technical File Maintenance: Maintain technical files and trackers.
  • Supplier Communication: Transmit technical agreements to suppliers and collect validated elements.
