As an Industrialisation Plastic Component Specialist at Schneider Electric Norge As, you will play a crucial role in the development of plastic components. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with the design team to define components, providing industrial restrictions to the design team, and obtaining technical restrictions from Schneider plants for molds and tools. You will also be responsible for preparing mold and tool specifications for suppliers, conducting mold flow analysis, and collaborating with purchasing to select mold and tool suppliers. Additionally, you will analyze quotations, select suppliers, follow mold and tool construction, validate molds and tools, and implement them in Schneider factories worldwide. You will also be responsible for updating technical information in databases and tracking previous processes in a planning system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with design team to define plastic components
• Provide industrial restrictions to design team
• Obtain technical restrictions from Schneider plants for molds and tools
• Prepare mold and tool specifications for suppliers
