We are seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Technician to join our Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the performance of refrigeration systems across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remote Monitoring: Utilize advanced monitoring tools to oversee the operational parameters of industrial refrigeration systems across multiple locations.
• Performance Metrics: Track essential metrics such as temperature, pressure, and energy consumption to ensure systems operate at peak efficiency.
• Alarm Management: Respond to system alerts promptly, investigate deviations, and coordinate with onsite teams to implement corrective measures.
• Data Analysis: Analyze monitoring data to identify trends and potential issues, generating reports to support decision-making and improvement initiatives.
• Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with scheduling teams to plan preventive maintenance and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system performance and maintenance activities, generating reports that summarize findings and recommendations.
• Technical Support: Act as a resource for troubleshooting complex issues, providing guidance and conducting root cause analysis.
• Continuous Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance the reliability and efficiency of refrigeration systems.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to regulatory standards and safety protocols.

Basic Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with industrial refrigeration systems and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration principles and equipment.
• Familiarity with remote monitoring technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent apprenticeship experience.
• Food Safety Certifications.
