About the Role

The Pricing Graduate, Endoscopy EMEA will support the division with the development, maintenance, and execution of Pricing Strategies. This role will operate at the EMEA level, collaborating with a wide range of EMEA business partners, as well as country sales and marketing colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the update and maintenance of pricing reports in the Endoscopy division, acting as the counterpart to the Data Analytics & Reporting team.
  • Prepare pricing reports for Monthly/Quarterly business reviews, including preparing the template, conducting deep dive investigations for report interpretation, and drafting insights.
  • Communicate, train, and roll out pricing reports to country organizations.
  • Conduct data analysis to understand pricing status quo, where gaps in data exist, and act proactively to collect information from other stakeholders.
  • Organize qualitative and quantitative information in a structured and insightful way.
  • Support the development and maintenance of EMEA Pricing Guidance for strategic products.
  • Employ a data-driven method to support countries with ad-hoc pricing requests.
  • Support the implementation of new price execution tools (Configure, Price, Quote) in collaboration with the EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence.
Requirements
  • Degree in management, economics, engineering, or related discipline.
  • At least 6 months or 1 year of experience, ideally with exposure to pricing topics.
  • Analytic & strategic mindset, data-savvy, detail-oriented.
  • Capable of communicating complex concepts and findings in a simple and immediate manner.
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial attitude, promotes collaboration and works effectively with others across the organization to achieve goals and uncover opportunities.
  • Experienced in key Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint); Tableau skills are a plus.
  • Good understanding of business Information and Reporting Systems.
  • Fluency in English is a must, with strong written and verbal communication skills; Native or C1 level of additional European languages is a plus.
