The Role

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic English Language Educator to join our team in Torredembarra. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging language lessons that cater to the needs of children aged 1-18 years old.

Key Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that are tailored to the needs of each child, incorporating a range of teaching methods, including music, games, stories, and arts and crafts.
• Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters strong relationships between students, teachers, and parents.
• Student Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their learning goals.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a seamless and supportive learning experience.

Requirements

• Teaching Experience: While prior teaching experience is an asset, it is not a requirement. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced or Proficiency level in English is required.
• Teamwork: As a team player, you will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and support the growth and development of our students.
