Job Summary
This position is part of the Cybersecurity Team at Werfenlife Sa. that is responsible for planning and executing security-related activities across multiple product development teams with the aim of minimizing the number of vulnerabilities introduced during the software development cycle and providing security-related support for on-market products.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply available project resources, as defined in the Cybersecurity plan, to ensure the successful execution of security-related activities.
- Guide team members to understand their roles and responsibilities, and lead the Cybersecurity team following defined priorities.
- Analyze technical problems and challenges, propose and design solutions to overcome these situations successfully.
- Apply methodologies, procedures, and encourage habits to promote a secure software development process.
- Provide guidance about Cybersecurity to project teams and act as a mentor for Cybersecurity activities.
- Provide advanced technical support and arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the team.
- Identify and promote professional growth actions for the members of the team.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Engineer, computer Science or other Technical degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity related with penetration testing, ethical hacking, and object-oriented programming.
- Additional Skills/Knowledge: Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations, ISO 27001, SW Testing Process and Methodology, and source/version control systems.
Desirable Skills and Capabilities
- Ability to encourage teamwork and communication with stakeholders and customers.
- Analytical capabilities and technical knowledge to provide proposals and solutions.
- Interest to learn and understand business areas to provide better solutions.
- Accountability and ability to manage different priorities and schedules in an agile environment.
