We are seeking a highly skilled Project Product Introduction Manager to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful introduction of new products into the market.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage the overall Project Product Introduction (PI) activities and ensure that all PI processes and instructions are implemented, communicated, used, and supported in the project.
- Reliability Growth: Manage Reliability Growth with the customer and internally to achieve the contractual Reliability target.
- Warranty Management: Manage the full Project Warranty Work Package and ensure that all PI-related deliverables are performed in a timely manner and delivered following the contract and PI standards.
- Supplier Management: Ensure the adequacy of supplier commitment with contractual warranty requirements and ensure supplier charge-back agreement and execution.
- Incident Management: Implement an incident management process to follow-up Non-Conformity Report (NCR)'s/8D with Quality.
- Reporting: Ensure the closure of Open Items, the field modification/retrofits, and reporting on the same.
- Team Management: Manage project dedicated PI staff and ensure appropriate internal and external audits and assessments.
- Education: (Post) Graduate in Engineering or Industrial.
- Language: High level of English.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in maintenance/project management/technical assistance.
- Desirable: Experience in signaling projects, Product knowledge, EHS knowledge/exposure, Data analytics, Multi-Platform Product knowledge, Strong self-government, Field Experience, RAM, Customer contact, Railway Safety/Product liability, Field Experience, RAM, Problem-Solving skills, Engineering knowledge, DFQ (Quality and Audit skills), Customer contact, and Contract management.
