Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading agile engineering teams of 6+ engineers.
- Experience with mentoring, goal setting, mediation, and career planning.
- Experience identifying and recruiting talent based on staffing requirements.
- Technical and practical understanding of object-oriented programming and C++.
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Postgres.
