About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Art Director to join our team at Digitas Wysiwyg. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative advertising campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop integrated campaigns from start to finish, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Lead the design and execution of online and offline advertising campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand experience.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the advertising market, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.
  • Work closely with the team to ideate, create, and present integrated campaigns, ensuring a high level of creativity and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in advertising agencies, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising market and ability to conceptualize within this context.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
