Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at ADM in Toledo, OH. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and efficiency
- Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools to perform maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues
- Repair, rebuild, and maintain mechanical drive systems to ensure optimal performance
- Install material systems and fabricate parts as needed
Requirements:
- Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture and understanding of company safety procedures
- Regular and prompt attendance and ability to meet physical requirements of the position
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed
- Demonstrated initiative to work independently and flexibility to work in a team setting
- Professional image and positive attitude at all times
- Basic welding, layout, and fabrication skills
- Experience with V-belt and Chain drive systems, machine troubleshooting, and repair skills
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems a plus
