Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional benefits programs across Europe. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for shaping and guiding a team that interfaces with a diverse network of stakeholders, offering both breadth and depth in engagement.
Key Responsibilities- People Management: Foster a culture of empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring for team members.
- Program Design and Adaptation: Identify benefits issues, process breakdowns, and design opportunities, and recommend new benefits initiatives. Interpret business needs and compliance requirements, and operationalize complex legal guidance and analyze competitive market data for benefits programs.
- Program Implementation: Build relationships and partner with internal teams to integrate plans and materials before and during benefits program implementation, and for ongoing management. Execute integration and compliance with internal teams' programs and other systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to model, coach, and care for team members.
- Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement strategic plans to deliver exceptional benefits programs.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to interpret business needs and compliance requirements.
