About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Advisory Services team at Workday France. As a Senior Advisory Services Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our customers achieve their business objectives through strategic consulting services, targeted micro consulting engagements, and facilitated group discussions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to customers on how to efficiently use Workday applications to address their business needs.
  • Develop and deliver Workday Success Plan services, including optimization packages, ask-an-expert requests, webinars, and collaboration crews.
  • Build dashboards, analytics, and reports for customers using Workday reporting tools.
  • Guide customers on how to use Workday's reporting tools to satisfy their business requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on sophisticated designs and ensure customers take advantage of Workday standard methodologies.
  • Conduct discovery activities to understand customer requirements, timeline, and scope of the engagement.
  • Develop and deliver deployment approaches/strategies and participate in update training and other events.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry practices in the HCM functional area and engage with customers on those topics.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a broad and deep understanding of all areas of Workday Reporting & Analytics, including Report Writer, Prism Analytics, Composite Reporting, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets. You will also have demonstrable understanding of professional services and enablement services as it relates to enterprise software in the Cloud.
