About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Aid Advisor to join our team at IE Business School. As a key member of our Financial Aid department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our students and families in navigating the financial aid process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the daily operations of the Financial Aid department, ensuring seamless support to our students and families.
- Provide expert guidance to candidates regarding scholarships, loans, and financial aid options available at IE Business School.
- Promote the full range of scholarships provided by the IE Foundation and other sponsoring institutions, as well as the loans available to IE candidates.
- Assist candidates in creating a personalized financial plan that aligns with their economic needs and goals.
- Review and analyze financial aid application data to determine accurate and compliant financial aid award packages.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to emails and conducting informative sessions with potential students and/or parents.
- Collaborate with the team to build a comprehensive customer service experience, prioritizing fast responses and friendly support.
- Participate in commercial events and information sessions to promote IE Business School's financial aid offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience working in teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
- International exposure and experience with Excel and CRM systems are valued.
