Mcr International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business strategy and drive growth.
- Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to senior management, including variance analysis and budgeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain financial systems and processes, including SAP Business Objects and SAP BPC.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial executives.
- Fluent English required, with knowledge of Spanish and other languages an asset.
