About the Role:

The Digital Content Trainee at Radisson Hotel Group will play a crucial role in ensuring that our digital channels display fresh and high-quality content to engage our customers. As a key member of our Marketing & Digital Experience Center of Excellence team in Madrid, you will be responsible for maintaining high-standard web content on our website and app, including completing online content changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aid in maintaining high-standard web content on our website and app, including completing online content changes.
  • Operate the Content Management System (CMS) to publish content on the website and app.
  • Collaborate with the team to determine their needs and recommend solutions that meet those needs.
  • Assist in the testing and development processes, working alongside the CMS manager.
  • Actively participate in web projects, providing updates and insights when required.
  • Review reported content requests and provide or implement the fix or workaround.
  • Update guidelines and standards where needed in internal documentation.

Requirements:

  • Digital savvy and passionate about digital and websites.
  • High level of English, other languages are a plus.
  • Strong attention to details and seeks quality.
  • Likes to solve problems and thinks creatively.
  • Adaptable/resilient and knows how to handle the unexpected.
  • Intellectually curious and creative.
  • Organized and able to navigate competing priorities.
