About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Leader to join our team at Criteo. As our Global Head of Digital Commerce, you will be responsible for driving demand, boosting revenue, and expanding our global reach through innovative digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a talented team of demand generation managers and performance marketers to develop and execute digital strategies that engage target audiences across multiple markets.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation programs that drive brand awareness, generate pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social media efforts to maximize brand presence and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Field Marketing to prioritize accounts and develop personalized Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns tailored to the unique needs of each account.
  • Focus on revenue impact over lead metrics and work closely with analytics and digital teams to interpret data from diverse sources and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Develop performance reports that track ROI and pipeline contribution, constantly refining strategies to ensure optimization and measurable impact.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a talented team of demand generation and performance marketing experts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Field Marketing, Content, Creative, Sales, Operations, and Product Marketing for seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Drive expansion efforts into key markets such as France, Germany, Japan, and Korea, and lead relationships with external agencies to scale and enhance Criteo's digital marketing strategies across diverse channels and regions.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience leading demand generation in a B2B tech environment, with a deep understanding of how to leverage digital channels and AI to fuel brand amplification and drive revenue.
  • ABM expertise and experience in ABM strategy and execution, with knowledge of the latest trends and best practices for integrating ABM within broader marketing and sales strategies.
  • Channel expertise in key digital channels such as SEO, SEM, Paid social media, email, and owned media properties.
  • Familiarity with tools like 6sense, Demandbase, Analytic platforms, Google Ads, and others.
  • Technical acumen in RevOps workflows, CRM systems (Salesforce), and MAP (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
  • Analytical mindset with strong analytical skills and experience synthesizing data and making strategic decisions using Salesforce, Account Engagement, Amplitude, etc.
  • Leadership experience in building, scaling, and leading digital marketing teams, with a focus on mentoring talent and driving high-impact results.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas, frame problems, and offer solutions.
  • Strategic and tactical proficiency with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, with a willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
