Chief Data Officer

We are currently seeking a Chief Data Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the company's data strategy, ensuring data governance, and optimizing data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
  • Champion the use of data as a strategic asset to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of data infrastructure and architecture to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Ensure effective data integration and data lifecycle management across various platforms and systems.
  • Lead initiatives to modernize data platforms and adopt new technologies for data storage, processing, and analytics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing data strategies and governance frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, and big data technologies.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
