We are a dynamic and fast-growing company with a strong presence in Europe, headquartered in Munich and operating in France, Italy, and Romania. Our innovative software solution helps tour and activity providers digitize their business and increase sales through their own websites and external portals.
Our MissionWe aim to be the most loved and used booking solution for leisure operators, and we're looking for a talented Product Manager to help us achieve this goal.
About the Role:As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and communicating the product roadmap, ensuring that product development aligns with portfolio objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify customer needs and develop business cases for work opportunities.
You will be the end-to-end responsible for the e-commerce experience, focusing on the booking process and checkout widgets used by tour and activity operators on their websites. Your objective will be to turn lookers into bookers.
You will use user research and product discovery techniques to understand customer needs, conduct competitive analysis, and collaborate with the development team to translate insights into clear initiatives and user stories.
You will prioritize the backlog, identifying metrics to measure value and determining which features will have the greatest impact on customers. You will manage and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency about current and upcoming releases.
Requirements:- At least 5 years of product management or product owner experience with a strong focus on e-commerce user experiences (web and mobile).
- Experience working on SaaS and white-label e-commerce products as a product manager or product owner is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a talent for data-driven decision making, including expertise in Google Analytics.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive decision making.
- Strong knowledge of lean agile software development environment.
