Your Responsibilities

To maintain our position as a market leader and to support our expanding business and customer needs, we are investing further in Operations. This position offers a unique chance to co-create and enhance our models and solutions, working alongside a multidisciplinary and highly motivated team.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the Supply Chain planning process, ensuring alignment across various supply chain plans and maintaining a structured planning approach.
- Facilitate regular supply planning meetings, including organization, invitations, minute-taking, and action plan tracking, while actively engaging in Supply Chain development in accordance with Nutreco standards.
- Manage the procurement of materials to guarantee a seamless supply at optimal costs, including planning volumes for each raw material.
- Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Purchasing, and Operations management to support long-term capacity planning aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and refine the monthly planning meetings, incorporating input from sales and marketing in advance.
- Proactively inform the organization of any risks related to stock levels, outbound deliveries, or customer service.
- Prepare and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, Rough Capacity Planning, and stock levels.
- Engage in various projects aimed at enhancing the planning process.
- Supervise and evaluate the development and execution of third-party performance metrics, ensuring timely improvements in operational performance and productivity, while effectively communicating planning information to internal and external departments.
- Assess inventory levels at production facilities based on capacity and raw material plans for the upcoming period.

Qualifications for Success
- A degree in Supply Chain, Economics, or Engineering.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in the animal feed industry or related sectors such as FMCG.
