About the Role

Importante Empresa is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing solutions for clients and supporting technical sales across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day technical and electoral support to the sales team.
  • Participate in discovery or qualifying calls and meetings.
  • Deliver technical presentations and demos.
  • Participate at conferences and sales events.
Solution Architecture

You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and crafting appropriate solutions that are sound and cost-effective. You will also coordinate with our Subject Matter Experts throughout the company to ensure that we build the best solution.

Proposal Development and Bid Management
  • Plan, manage, and respond to complex RFP processes and unsolicited proposals, following department procedures and methodology.
  • Assess requirements and craft appropriate solutions that are sound and cost-effective.
  • Define win strategy and themes with Sales Management.
  • Produce cost and effort estimations when assessing tenders and opportunities.
Requirements
  • University degree in computer science, telecommunications, or equivalent level.
  • Native or equivalent level of English is a must. Other languages such as Spanish or French will be a plus.
  • Proven technology-related consultant experience is a must.
  • Great communicator, creative and analytical. Able to present complex technicalities in an easy-to-understand manner.
