About the Role

As a SAP Support Consultant at TD SYNNEX, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for SAP ERP modules, ensuring seamless technical and functional operations. You will work closely with our global team, collaborating with SAP Build Teams and delivering small enhancements to business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support existing SAP ERP related business processes
  • Strong alignment and collaboration with SAP Build Teams
  • Participate in the delivery of small enhancements of business processes and offer technical solutions
  • Solve SAP module specific problems for one or more functional areas and serve as contact person for our internal and external customers
  • Demonstrate flexibility and support for objectives/tasks of other IT organizations
  • Knowledge transfer to others on the Support Team, Trainers, Subject Matter Experts and for external Consultants
  • Performing unit and integration testing conducting user training
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in SAP SD configuration knowledge
  • Cross Stream knowledge of MM, FI or LO desired
  • Awareness of change management principles
  • Willing to cooperate closely with business and consulting partners
  • Strong analytical skills, able to translate business requirements to technical specifications
  • Ability to work in an international environment
