About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Security Consultant to join our team, focusing on enhancing the security of our customer's SDLC with advanced security measures across their GitHub repositories.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in software development, DevSecOps, or security engineering, with a strong focus on GitHub and its security features. You should possess deep expertise in GitHub, including GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, and GitHub Advanced Security, along with a proven track record of automating security processes within CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and management of Github Advanced Security Features
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy
  • Optimize CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions
  • Customize security configurations to meet project requirements
  • Provide training to developers
  • Conduct regular security audits
  • Assist in incident response efforts related to security vulnerabilities
Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in software development, DevSecOps, or security engineering
  • Deep expertise in GitHub, including GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, and GitHub Advanced Security
  • Proven track record of automating security processes within CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Certifications such as GitHub Advanced Security Certification, CISSP, CEH, or OSCP are a plus
