Position Overview

We are looking for a talented individual to join our innovative team and support our clients in harnessing Autodesk solutions to create a positive impact.

In the role of Sustainability Marketing Lead for the Industry, you will be responsible for overseeing, enabling, and advising on marketing strategies that promote the adoption of Autodesk solutions, with a particular emphasis on sustainable outcomes for our Architecture, Engineering, and Construction clientele. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, content creation, execution oversight, and mentoring Autodesk marketers to deliver meaningful results.

You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Industry Impact Marketing. This position offers flexibility for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a sustainability authority within the industry, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sectors.
  • Collaborate with essential partners across global marketing, sustainability solutions, and sales enablement teams to develop marketing strategies that encourage the adoption of sustainability solutions.
  • Work alongside industry marketing teams within Architecture, Engineering, and Construction to provide insights on thought leadership, product, and audience-focused marketing initiatives that inspire customers to make a positive impact.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of industry, product, and thought leadership positioning and messaging.
  • Support industry-specific impact storytelling by identifying, creating, and disseminating narratives that showcase how customers leverage Autodesk technology for sustainable outcomes.
  • Oversee the creative development of campaign materials, ensuring content accuracy and relevance as a subject matter expert.
  • Promote collaboration across teams to prioritize Impact at significant customer events.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least four years of experience in B2B marketing, technology marketing, sustainability marketing, or content marketing, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industries.
  • Proven end-to-end marketing experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of sustainability issues and a passion for the intersection of technology, design, sustainability, and social impact.
  • Experience working collaboratively as a subject matter expert.
  • Ability to adapt swiftly to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Salary Transparency

Salary is just one aspect of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For roles in the U.S., the anticipated initial base salary ranges from $87,400 to $150,810, with offers tailored to the candidate's background and location, potentially exceeding this range. In addition to base salaries, we emphasize annual bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.
