Postdoctoral Researcher in Parallel Machine Learning

We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC). As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will be part of our Computer Sciences Department, specifically working with the Workflows and Distributed Computing group.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research on new methods for the dislib machine learning library and distributed training
- Research and develop the dislib data structures
- Explore the generation of parallel applications through Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Manage the dislib code and its distribution
- PhD in Computer Science or a related field
- Essential knowledge and professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and parallel and distributed architectures and programming
- Additional knowledge and professional experience in LLMs
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with fluency in other European languages valued
