Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Senior Project Manager Digitalization to join our team at RONAL Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and controlling the rollout of our CAQ software SIEMENS Opcenter Quality at all locations of the RONAL GROUP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and control the rollout of the CAQ software SIEMENS Opcenter Quality at all locations of the RONAL GROUP
  • Create specification requirements for the implementation of special requirements of the RONAL GROUP as change requests for integration into the standard software by the software supplier
  • Plan and realize regular upgrades for further development and adaptation to industry requirements
  • Support production sites in the implementation of customer and QM system requirements by using Opcenter Quality
  • Optimize the system performance of the central installation by testing and integration of alternative VMware solutions to the decentralized production sites worldwide
  • Administer the system (configuration and master data management, integration SCADA and machine data)
  • Education and training of key users of the sites (presence and hybrid training)
  • Ensure user support and handling tickets (incidents)
  • Work on projects to measure and report key performance indicators of operational and administrative quality process with the support of BI tools (Qlik)
  • Establish and ensure efficient communications structures between internal and external project stakeholders and ensure the flow of information and content between interdisciplinary teams
  • Participate during the architecture phase and support of subject matter experts within the SAP S4-HANA implementation in individual work packages/special areas
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to digitalize business processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master University in (business) computer science or a comparable economic-technical course of study
  • Strong technological background related to the use of modern technologies (such as cloud, IoT) and consideration of their impact in the project context
  • Several years of experience in agile IT development or service projects combined with practical know-how in project management, ideally in the context of engineering/manufacturing/purchasing/quality organisations
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and with external partners
  • Knowledge in the area of Computer System Validation (CSV) is an advantage
  • Experience in quality management/quality assurance is an advantage
  • Business fluent in English
  • Software: QMS-Siemens Opcenter, SAP S4-HANA, Q-STAT, Qlik
  • In-depth know-how as a project manager regarding the implementation of IT systems in the industry
  • Willingness to travel (up to approximately 30% as part of the rollout)
