Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of up to +/-10 direct reports and be accountable for their performance and development.
- Ensure all departmental activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Oversee all critical activities and ensure adequate priority setting accordingly.
- Deal with any deviations, corresponding CAPAs, investigations, and internal and external inspections.
- Responsible for headcount and OPEX.
- Follow up on relevant KPIs, including 5S/housekeeping, PMP, etc.
- Represent the lab in cross-departmental teams and QC Cascade DRI.
- Mentor, coach, train, and develop personnel on the team, evaluate performance, and provide opportunities for growth.
- Manage the planning and resource allocation of the team.
- Prioritize, escalate, and ensure stakeholders are aware of deliverables and timelines.
- Create a team environment that fosters continuous improvement and critical and creative thinking.
- Education: minimum relevant HBO diploma
- At least 5 years of work experience
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proven leadership potential supervising a larger team
- Good communication skills
- A quality, compliance, and business-minded attitude and flexibility
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving pace environment
