Job Summary

We're seeking a Digital Advertising Strategist to develop, implement, and optimize advanced digital advertising campaigns across various platforms globally. This role requires a strategic thinker who's well-versed in the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, META, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.
  • Perform in-depth analysis and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize ROAS.
  • Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spending and maximum impact.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion rates, with a clear learning agenda in place to continuously improve conversion rate (CR%) performance.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, graphics, and video content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.) to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports and performance summaries to senior management, clearly communicating results and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on PPC, social media, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, high-budget digital campaigns with a strong ROI.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Excel to analyze performance metrics.
  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Experience working in ecommerce or B2B SaaS environments and experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) will be considered as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing will be considered as an advantage.
