Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage large equipment technology projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  2. Develop and implement design tasks, including requirements, system specifications, and technical instructions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute validation test plans, ensuring flawless performance of equipment.
  4. Provide expert recommendations on safety, quality, equipment effectiveness, and reliability.
  5. Lead equipment commissioning testing activities and train technical team members.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience delivering automation solutions.
  3. Experience specifying, debugging, commissioning, and qualifying systems with advanced automation.
  4. Willingness to travel up to 20% for business purposes.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience working in Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
  2. Proficient in statistical analysis to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  3. Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
