Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Healthcare Software projects across Europe. As a key member of our EMEA PPG Software Development & Support Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex projects to our EMEA Payer, Provider, and Government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, scopes, and schedules for complex software development projects.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project success, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including direct reports and IQVIA peers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support.
  • Evaluate project results against established metrics, identifying areas for process improvement and resource optimization.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Industry-recognized project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Proven track record of successful project management in the healthcare software industry.
  • Advanced project management education and experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and establish effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
  • Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications.
