As we grow our international presence, you will collaborate closely with the Product Manager to create reliable, contemporary products, mentor junior colleagues, perform code evaluations, and uphold coding standards.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Enhance existing code for better performance, clarity, maintainability, and scalability
- Lead project initiatives, defining the technical strategy and overseeing the contributions of fellow developers
- Implement new functionalities and support server-side web applications
- Participate in the design of innovative features for the platform
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving software issues
- Champion high-quality, standards-compliant code within an efficient Agile framework by providing essential code-review insights and advocating for Agile methodologies
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- 2 years of hands-on experience with the Symfony framework
- Proficient in developing server-side web applications
- Strong foundation in Object-oriented programming and various Design Patterns
- Solid understanding and experience in Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with code-review and peer-feedback practices
- Experience in designing and utilizing RESTful APIs
- Proficient in using git
- Knowledge of distributed applications and event-driven architectures
Additional Qualifications that Enhance Your Candidacy:
- Experience with Docker technology
- Proficiency in deploying applications using multiple programming languages
- Familiarity with AWS tools
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Experience in transitioning monolithic applications to Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
