Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to join our team at Teamlogic IT of Northeast Massachusetts. As an IT Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our business stakeholders and driving project delivery and Health Authority Inspections support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Support project delivery and Health Authority Inspections, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to business stakeholders on IT-related matters.
  • Ensure that all IT projects and initiatives are aligned with the company's overall business strategy and objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management or related roles.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • Experience in supporting business applications and using ITSM tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
