¿Qué te pedimos?
  • Experiencia en liderazgo y ventas de al menos 2 años.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en un horario rotativo.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas (Microsoft Office, aplicaciones de correo, internet).
  • Compromiso para responsabilizarte de la atención al cliente y de los resultados.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y liderar a un equipo de ventas.
¿Cómo es tu trabajo en JYSK?

Como Deputy Store Manager, serás responsable de:

  • Optimizar las rutinas de la tienda y garantizar que la tienda esté siempre lista para los clientes.
  • Alcanzar excelentes resultados en las ventas y asegurar las campañas.
  • Comunicar, guiar y formar al equipo en la sala de ventas siguiendo los principios de liderazgo JYSK.
  • Formar a tus compañeros en la actitud customer first, en cómo determinar las necesidades de los clientes y en la realización de ventas adicionales.
