About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Associate to join our team at The Knot Worldwide. As a key member of our Treasury team, you will play a critical role in managing our company's cash flows and accounts receivables.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and update international bank statements and payment platforms to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify and book transactions, and prepare and record transactions related to account transfers, customer refunds, and ad hoc payments.
  • Manage treasury-specific support tickets and oversee the timely application and processing of bank fees and commissions.
  • Collaborate with banking partners to troubleshoot support issues and manage the certification process of payments within local tax jurisdictions.
  • Perform month-end verification of all transactions to ensure proper coding and completeness.
Requirements
  • Relevant coursework or a degree in accounting or finance.
  • At least one year of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in managing ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in office automation tools, especially Excel.
  • Methodical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
