About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Roadway Design Engineer to join our Linear Infrastructures team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality roadway designs for various projects, working closely with our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop roadway geometric designs, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards.
  • Prepare detailed design calculations and reports, utilizing advanced software such as Bentley Open Roads Designer and Civil3D.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to review and finalize project deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and support to entry-level engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Participate in quality control reviews, ensuring the highest standards of work are maintained.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in roadway design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs.
  • Advanced level in geometric design and 3D modeling, with proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD and/or MicroStation).
  • Experience working with international regulations and standards, such as AASTHO and AREMA.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering.
  • US and/or Australia Professional Engineer license.
