About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Minacs. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for participating in handover meetings, duplicating and localizing assets, setting up campaigns, and testing each step of the campaign.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in handover meetings and receive instructions from the customer
  • Duplicate and localize all assets according to the instructions of the how-to guide
  • Set up campaigns and test each step of the campaign (links, forms, Canva logic)
  • Send assets for proofreading to the countries and apply the required changes
  • Test again if needed and send again for final approval
  • Hand over the campaign ready to be activated to the customer
  • Perform proofreading

Requirements

  • Bilingual or proficient in French with an advanced level of English and Spanish
  • Degree or certification in digital marketing or similar
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with an email marketing tool and preferably first experience with a marketing automation tool (ideally Eloqua) and knowledge of nurturing, enrichment, and scoring
  • Good knowledge of online marketing instruments, inbound campaigns, customer journeys, and the client's products and services
  • Organized, able to manage priorities, produce accurate work, quick learner, and team player
