As the Senior VP, Commercial Corporate IT, you will be instrumental in scaling the commercial revenues of Amadeus Cytric Solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass establishing a robust commercial strategy and overseeing customer lifecycle operations across all channels, both direct and through partners, on a worldwide scale.

Commercial Strategy:

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive global commercial strategy for diverse channels to meet revenue and growth objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction, setting ambitious targets for revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners at the executive level.
  • Enhance Cytric's visibility and marketing presence through speaking engagements and thought leadership initiatives.

Business Development & Channel Management:

  • Lead business development efforts and partnerships to broaden our global customer base.
  • Identify synergies and new revenue streams within Amadeus business units.
  • Design and execute sales strategies for partner and reseller channels, maximizing channel profitability.
  • Oversee and evaluate channel performance.

Commercial Performance:

  • Assume responsibility for the Cytric commercial P&L.
  • Manage the complete Customer Lifecycle, including sales, upselling, renewals, and customer success management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to corporate policies and procedures.

Marketing:

  • Establish the marketing and customer experience strategy informed by market research and customer insights.
  • Elevate the Cytric brand and its presence in alignment with target demographics and markets.
  • Plan and supervise marketing operations and functions.
  • Build a high-performing marketing team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Leadership:

  • Develop and lead a high-performance global team, nurturing a strong commercial orientation.
  • Co-lead recruitment efforts and performance evaluations.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to inspire the team towards achieving business objectives.
  • Champion career development initiatives.
  • Manage budget, resources, and financial planning for your area of responsibility.

Qualifications:

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or PhD is preferred.

Relevant Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Chief Commercial Officer or in a comparable senior executive leadership role within the SaaS sector, particularly in the US and ideally in other regions as well.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in Travel, OBT, or Expense solutions.
