We are a dynamic, privately-owned pharmaceutical company that develops, registers and out-licenses added value, close-to-market products. In addition to building our proprietary portfolio, we channel our extensive know-how providing other companies with business development services. Thus, Kymos Group assists other companies that are willing to outsource their activities of new business, for example: in-licensing, out-licensing, alliance management, etc. Our client list includes companies from different nationalities with diverse profiles and needs.

Kymos Group is a B2B2C pharma company focused on the development, registration, manufacture and supply of health care products with a core business on medical devices. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Customer Service Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain close contact with customers to be aware of their product supply needs by receiving monthly rolling forecasts and eventual purchase orders.
  2. Plan production in coordination with the manufacturing sites, sending orders and monitoring compliance with deadlines.
  3. Coordinate with the QA & RA Manager for the release of production batches and with the customer for the dispatch of goods.
  4. Prepare the necessary documents for the dispatch of the goods and customs formalities.
  5. Request quotes from logistics' operators for the transport of goods and coordinate delivery with customers.
  6. In coordination with the QA & RA Manager, manage clients' artwork designs until final approval and implementation.
  7. Preparation and dispatch of samples and documents via courier services.
  8. Keeping the documentation storage system up to date in accordance with the quality system.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Real high level of spoken and written English. Other languages will be an asset.
  3. Advanced MS Office user.
  4. Own vehicle.

Education:

Studies on International Commerce, Logistics or similar.
