- Support and reinforce a selling culture that focuses on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.
- Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining our guest as our top priority.
- Use effective communication skills to act as a liaison between the Boutique Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and the Boutique Team.
- Support and enforce company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
- Problem solve; proactively, creatively, and sometimes independently.
