HR Business Partner Opportunity

MCR International is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits, labour relations, and recruitment.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar position within the FMCG industry.
  3. Strong experience in Compensation & Benefits and Labour relations, with an interest in recruitment being a plus.
  4. Fluent English is a must.
