Job Summary
We're seeking a Paid Marketing Manager to join our Spain Team, responsible for designing and executing B2B data-driven paid marketing strategies. You'll work closely with our marketing specialists and lead performance agencies to add value to our potential customers and generate growth for Doctoralia ES, part of Docplanner Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a B2B paid marketing strategy focused on doctors and medical clinics for prospecting and lead generation in Spain.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Global Head of Paid Marketing to set up KPIs and co-create paid marketing strategies.
- Launch, monitor, optimize, and report on all Paid Marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads Affiliates) to maximize marketing investment and foster testing.
- Work with Content Specialists and graphic designers to create high-converting landing pages.
- Communicate project status and follow up on stakeholder requests, owning the game and leading your area.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience with exceptional achievements, ideally in international, high-growth environments or performance agencies, with a hands-on role.
- Proven track record in managing and executing B2B paid marketing strategies with a direct impact on company revenue.
- Advanced knowledge of Paid Social and Google Ads optimization techniques, targeting strategies, bidding models, and ad units across different ad platforms.
- Landing page optimization experience will be highly valued (CRO).
- Experience in decision-making within your own area of responsibility.
- A can-do attitude with a focus on achieving results.
- Native Spanish and outstanding English communication skills and interpersonal abilities to cooperate with diverse cultures and nationalities.
