Organon España is seeking a highly experienced Director of Supply Chain Operations for Europe to lead our in-market supply chain operations across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Supply Chain Strategy: Design and translate supply chain strategy into executable plans, driving business growth and profitability.
- Supply Chain Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage supply chain budgets and costs for Europe, ensuring optimal performance and cost savings.
- Represent Supply Chain in Commercial Leadership Teams: Represent the supply chain function in various commercial leadership teams, driving business decisions and strategy.
- Demand Management and Regional Support: Manage local and regional demand, providing support to sales and operations planning (S&OP) teams.
- Order Management and Fulfillment: Oversee order management and fulfillment for the entire region, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Logistics Operations and Transport: Manage logistics operations and transport, including third-party logistics providers, custom brokers, and freight forwarding.
- Import and Export Operations and Trade Compliance: Oversee import and export operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant trade regulations.
- Performance and Cost Analytics: Analyze performance and cost data to drive optimal service and performance ratios.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging digital logistics and other industry innovations to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to represent the supply chain function in commercial leadership teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions.
- Experience with supply chain budgeting and cost management, with a strong understanding of cost savings initiatives.
