We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our business in South America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth in South America.
- Lead Market Benchmarking: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities that drive business growth.
- Negotiate and Close Commercial Agreements: Negotiate and close commercial agreements with key clients across various channels.
- Manage Sales Team: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of mass consumer products.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in both B2B and B2C distributor sales.
- Language Skills: Proficient English is mandatory.
- Leadership Skills: Organized person with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing with limited resources.
