About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our business in South America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth in South America.
  2. Lead Market Benchmarking: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities that drive business growth.
  3. Negotiate and Close Commercial Agreements: Negotiate and close commercial agreements with key clients across various channels.
  4. Manage Sales Team: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  5. Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
  1. Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of mass consumer products.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Experience in both B2B and B2C distributor sales.
  3. Language Skills: Proficient English is mandatory.
  4. Leadership Skills: Organized person with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing with limited resources.
  5. Personal Qualities: High level of resilience and self-motivation.
